These terms apply whenever you browse or buy from this store. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and Descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photography is shot under studio lighting and colours may vary slightly between screens. Garment measurements are given in the size guide and carry a small tolerance, as is normal for cut-and-sew clothing.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping and any packaging charge are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may change prices and run promotions at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you place it.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, including after it is placed, if the item is out of stock, if the price or product description was published in error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and, where available, online payment by UPI, card, net banking and wallet. Orders paid online may qualify for a prepaid discount, which is shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders do not qualify for that discount.
Stock Availability
Stock is limited and is not reserved until an order is completed. In the rare case that an item sells out between your order and our dispatch, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, graphics, photography, text and the OFFTHREADS name and logo on this site belong to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, or using automated tools to scrape content or purchase stock.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, payment gateways or events outside our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
