Return & Exchange Policy
Please read this in full before you order. Every piece is a limited run and all sales are final, so choose your size and design carefully.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds. This applies to every order, for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit preference, and items that arrive damaged or defective. By placing an order you accept that no refund will be issued.
The Only Exception: Wrong Item Delivered
If we deliver a different item from the one you ordered, we will exchange it for the correct item. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item received and its packaging. Once verified, we will arrange the exchange at no cost to you. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached. This is an exchange for the correct item only. No refund is issued in its place.
Exchange Availability
Exchanges depend on the correct item still being in stock. If it is unavailable we will offer an alternative piece of equal value or a store credit valid for 6 months.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
Before You Order
Check the size guide on every product page. Measurements are listed for each size and carry a small tolerance, as is normal for cut-and-sew clothing. Colours may vary slightly between screens. If you are unsure about sizing, fit or the print, message us before ordering. We would much rather answer a question first than have you receive something you cannot return.
