How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you'll be able to check its status — Order Placed, Confirmed, Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered — from My Account → Order History.
What sizes do you carry?+
XS through XXL, depending on the style. Check the size guide on each product page — measurements are listed per product.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+
Yes. Note that the 5% prepaid discount only applies to UPI, card, net banking, or wallet payments — not COD.
How long does shipping take?+
Standard delivery timelines and shipping charges are shown at checkout based on your PIN code.
What's your return policy?+
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds, for any reason. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering, and message us if you are unsure.
Can I exchange for a different size?+
No. Sizes cannot be exchanged. The only exchange we offer is when we have delivered the wrong item — report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
