Shipping Policy
We ship across India. This page explains how long dispatch takes, what delivery costs, and how to track your order.
Dispatch Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days to metro cities and 5-8 business days to other locations in India. Remote PIN codes may take longer.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping charge of Rs 99 applies to every order, regardless of order value. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track any order from your account, or by visiting the order confirmation link sent to you when you placed it.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, or the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the parcel is returned to us. Please make sure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout, as we cannot re-ship a parcel returned for an incorrect address.
